Jess, our project coordinator made sure the quality of materials were 100% with no defects, he was able to accommodate the project to our needs, the installation and disposal of old materials were pretty neat, and updates were provided constantly throughout the project (it took the team 3 to 4 labor days to complete). We called Allstate Roofing after Hurricane Ian damaged our roof which required a full replacement. We can't say enough about Allstate Roofing, from their sales rep Chanel who was amazing from beginning to end. Chanel was very responsive, professional, kind and explained everything to us step by step. She also quoted us a fair price. The roofers/Installers did a great job and finally kudos to the office staff who also gave great customer service. What could have been very stressful during this time was calm and organized.
